Beef as it should be. We are proud of the grassfed and grass finished beef we produce. It's the beef we ourselves want to eat. Our Angus-Hereford cross cattle are bred, born and raised on our lush pastures and homegrown hay. Beef raised entirely on pasture features a healthy fatty acid profile with significant levels of omega 3, CLA and many other desirable nutrients. The recent popularity of grassfed beef has led to considerable confusion in the marketplace, and there are no regulations defining this term. The only way to be sure you are getting true grassfed beef is to KNOW YOUR FARMER.
We sell our beef by the quarter or half steer. This means that you will receive one quarter or one half of the entire yield of the animal. Our beef is processed at a new USDA facility that maintains the highest standards of animal welfare, humane handling and complete traceability. You pay for the vacuum-packed meat that you receive. There is very little waste.
